2000 RR10 SEASON

The RR10's are an informal series of races held every second Wednesday
during the spring and summer (apart from the one week gap May 31 - Jun 7).

There are ten events, all in the Southampton area.

The idea is that you just turn up and run. There is no
entry form and no fee. The runners vary from 12-minute milers to
sub-5 minute milers, so whatever speed you can manage, you won't be on
your own. The distance is 4-5 miles on forest or parkland tracks and
paths. There are typically 160 men and 80 women runners in each event.
All runners participate at their own risk.
